Julia Jane Moore

Julia Jane Moore (b. Smithtown, NY) Julia is working toward rebuilding infrastructures in education, art and science. Utilizing these fundamentals as tools for social and ecological awareness and change. She has been teaching children in multiple contexts for five years, including working with special needs and at risk youth. She is currently working on a project that focuses on reconsidering classrooms and community spaces, in an attempt to reach a more collective and better understanding of the world we live in and our relationships to the environment to animals and to one another. Julia has a BFA from The School of Visual Arts.
